Cancellations
Cancellations within the first 8 hours will incur a 10% admin fee of the total cost of the item(s) including shipping.
Cancellations are not possible after 8 hours.
Please make sure to review your order thoroughly before checking out.
Qualifying Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have not had prior authorization. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
DIY Kits and sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all regular stock (non-customized) items. A 10% restocking fee will apply to the total cost of the order.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition. You are responsible for any loss in value due to damage, mishandling or obvious signs of use.
Request A Return/Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and ship it back within 7 days. Instructions will be provided to you via e-mail. All returns must arrive within 14 days or a reasonable amount of time thereafter.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely and that sufficient postage + insurance is purchased. We cannot process a return until we have physically received them back in the studio.
Please be aware that we can only provide a shop credit if more than 30 days has passed from the original date of purchase.
Refunds apply only to the items you purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be shipped back to us using either via Canada Post or USPS NOT any courier services such FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
Any additional fees we incur as a result of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or missing refunds
If it looks like you haven’t received your refund yet please wait a day or two before checking again.
How long before your refund appears will depend on your credit card and/or financial institution.
Some processing time is involved and it may take several days before the funds are posted to your credit card. Get in touch with your credit card issuer or financial institution if you need more information.
Undeliverable/Unclaimed Items
If your order is returned and marked undeliverable because you provided the wrong address, or you were unable to receive or pick up the package and any situations such as this, you will have to pay for the order to be shipped to you again.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in this situation.
No Refunds on Redirected Packages
Your order is sent to the shipping address you provided during the checkout process.
If, for any reason, there is an address redirection on your part after your order has shipped, you are responsible for any and all resulting issues and or fees/charge that may occur as a result.
We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost or delayed packages due to redirections. No refunds will be given. No exceptions.
Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Cancellation
Custom orders are no longer refundable once production has started and are considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
